Families With Food Allergies (FWFA)

 

Some inquire whether to register their school-age child under Section 504 of the Rehabiliation Act of 1973.  Severe food allergies can fall into this category as a disability.  Before going this route, support group members advise to take every step necessary to work with individual schools, administration and staff to explore simplier solutions.  Click the link below to read more.
