Eggs

Eggs - Most edible eggs consist of an albumen which is the egg white and the vitellus which is the egg yolk. Fish eggs are called Roe and are masses of eggs which can be from either fish* or shellfish*. Caviar is normally fish, specifically Sturgeon. Other edible eggs include turtle, goose, duck and chicken.  All parts of the egg are used and even the shells are ground as a nutritional calcium supplement.
