Become a member of Families With Food Allergies (FWFA):
Membership privileges include, but are not limited to, online and live (telephone) support, a walk through a grocery store for help in reading food and product labels, monthly support group meetings, bi-monthly newsletters, advance notice of all events, discounts* and new friends!
New and renewal memberships are available:
$25 Silver Family (Monthly Support Group meetings & bimonthly newsletter.)
$50 Gold Family (Monthly Support Group meetings, bimonthly newsletter and FWFA Club*.
$75 Heart of Friends of Families With Food Allergies (for sponsors and members at-large go to Sponsors & Members At-Large)
$250 Heart of Friends of Families With Food Allergies (for vendors, go to Vendor's Memberships.)
$500 Platinum Lifetime Family (Monthly Support Group meetings, bimionthly newsletter, priority seating at all FWFA events (although still required to pay to participate in the events), FWFA Club (for one year) and additional perks in development.
*The Club saves our members money throughout the year on everyday products, services and other perks to help make family fun affordable! Over 700 merchants (and the list is still growing) are offering significant savings for tickets to: Amusement parks, Goodtime III, Lake Metroparks Farmpark, Christmas Story House & Museum, Football Hall of Fame, Cleveland Playhouse, restaurants, food, pet supplies, banks, books….You name it! When your membership is paid, you receive a password to log onto a special website. From there you view all the possibilities (as many times as you want, in as many multiples as you want, and throughout the year!) You print out your discounts, make orders and so forth.
