Tips for our Families From Our Families and Friends!

Newsletter Volume 1, Issue 1 Regarding injectable medications make sure you always carry at least two with you at all times, because one dosage may not be enough!

Remind, refresh, retrain all teachers, babysitters, daycare providers, lunch monitors, substitute teaches and playground volunteers.

When flying on airplanes, a great safety tip is to wear a surgical mask to protect from any airborne particles from peanuts that may be opened within the confided area of the plane.

Make sure to wipe seats to remove particles.

Also, masking tape will pull particles from any seat or area that may have been exposed.
Newsletter Volume 1, Issue 2 One of our awesome family members sent in this great idea.  She pays her children $5 instead of eating a dessert.  All of her children's friends couldn't believe that their mom did this.  What a great way for your child not to feel badly because of their food allergy.  Plus, you are also development good eating habits.
